Help paying for childcare: ICCP
CFR accepts the Idaho Child Care Program (ICCP), which helps eligible families pay part of their childcare costs. Families may still owe a copay and costs above the program limit. Idaho Health & Welfare determines eligibility and benefits.
1. Check eligibility. Requirements include Idaho residency, qualifying work or education/training, income guidelines, and a child under 13 (or an older child with special needs). Review current eligibility and income limits.
2. Gather documents. Have identification, household income information, current monthly childcare expenses, and your child’s immigration documents if applicable. The state may request more information.
3. Apply with the state. Call 877-456-1233 or follow the official application instructions below. English and Spanish forms are available. Send benefit documents directly to the state.
4. Plan care with CFR. Ask us about openings, tuition, your family’s share of costs and payment plans. Call or text 208-356-4911.
Payments are due on the 1st of every month. Remaining balances on the 5th will incur a late fee. If a payment agreement is not reached by the 10th, CFR Childcare will no longer be able to accept the child(ren) until the balance is paid or a payment plan is established.
